Any pricing information, cost ranges, or ballpark estimate — including a quick estimate based on a photo — is provided for general guidance only and is not a binding offer, contract, or guaranteed price. Concrete pricing depends on conditions that can only be confirmed in person, such as measurements, site access, existing concrete, base and soil conditions, drainage, and other site conditions. Final pricing and the scope of work are set out in a written proposal after an on-site visit, and that signed proposal or contract — not this website — governs the actual work.
